Placements24 seeks an experienced Lead Digital Transformation Consultant to drive innovation for clients in Welkom, Free State. You will guide strategy through implementation, leveraging cloud, data analytics, and AI to create competitive advantage.

The role requires a visionary leader with deep digital tech knowledge, agile delivery experience, and a proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders across diverse client engagements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or related consulting roles.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, big data, and cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex change processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies for clients.
• Lead assessments of current digital capabilities and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Guide clients in adopting new technologies including cloud, AI, data analytics, and IoT.
• Oversee implementation of digital solutions and manage change initiatives across client organizations.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define digital roadmaps and priorities.
• Build and mentor high-performing project teams, ensuring effective delivery and knowledge transfer.
• Stay abreast of latest digital trends and translate them into actionable client strategies.
• Support business development and thought leadership initiatives to grow the digital practice.
