Job summary

RTX is seeking a Digital Program Lead (DPL) in Tucson, AZ, to own the digital strategy, roadmap, and execution for a high-visibility Tomahawk program with a $35M+ DT portfolio. The role partners with program leadership and functional teams to ensure modern, secure digital capabilities across the program lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, Agile/PM expertise, and active security clearance. On-site in Tucson with relocation options, supporting a critical defense program.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior DT touchpoint for SBU Leadership, Program Management, and SSBU Directors.
• Lead the development, ownership, and execution of a strategic DT roadmap that aligns digital capabilities with the Tomahawk program's cost, schedule, performance, and modernization needs.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, problem solving, and root-cause analysis to overcome complex digital challenges that impact program execution.
• Manage program digital financials, including a $35M+ portfolio, EVMS reporting, staffing strategies, performance metrics, and operations reviews.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and proposal teams to capture requirements, build executable digital plans, and ensure all program phases are supported with the right tools, infrastructure, and resources.
• Oversee the Program Annual Operating Plan (AOP), capital and expense spending, and ensure digital compliance with security and infrastructure regulations including DFARS, CMMC, RMF, and JSIG.
• Lead and direct DT personnel, internal resources, and third-party partners to advance Agile ways of working, innovate digital solutions, and streamline procurement and delivery of technical capabilities.
