Job summary

Resultant is a modern consulting firm delivering outcomes-driven technology and digital transformation for public and private sectors. As a Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery, mentor consultants on your team, and act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders.

Based in Chicago in a hybrid model, you’ll lead engagements from scoping through implementation, build roadmaps, manage budgets and timelines, and develop your people while growing the practice and strengthening client

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in consulting and/or technology/digital transformation delivery.
• 2+ years of leading project teams or workstreams with client ownership.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Strong background in digital transformation, cloud, data analytics, ERP/CRM, or agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of technology and digital transformation engagements.
• Lead project teams, manage scope, budget, risk and timelines.
• Develop client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Coach and develop consultants and analysts; contribute to practice growth.
