Torq is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead major components of enterprise transformation and to shape strategy with senior stakeholders. You will guide cross-functional teams, translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, and drive measurable outcomes across complex programs.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in consulting or transformation, strong executive communication, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results in ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting or transformation experience.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead multiple workstreams and delivery teams.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Ability to translate business and technology tradeoffs into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple workstreams or engagement components across complex digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with client leaders to define priorities, align initiatives, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Translate strategic goals into practical execution plans, roadmaps, and governance structures.
• Coach consultants and guide delivery teams to ensure high quality outputs.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational barriers, proposing practical solutions.
