Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, technology transformation, or similar client-facing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to turn ambiguity into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication translating technical concepts to business language.
• Proven ability to build relationships across business, product, technology, and exec teams.
• Experience leading workstreams or major components of client delivery.
• Strong organizational skills to manage priorities, timelines, and risks.
• Ability to operate independently while elevating when needed.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
• High ownership and accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across digital transformation and enterprise initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align with business objectives.
• Partner with IT to evaluate tradeoffs and risk, delivering on project goals.
• Develop work plans, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through planning and risk management.
• Translate complex project details into clear narratives for executives.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to drive business value and insights.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive alignment and decisions.
• Lead junior team members and support business development efforts.
