What you will do:

The Digital Territory Sales role is responsible for selling products, systems, and services to customers via telephone and electronic means within an assigned territory.

The focus is on both acquiring new customers and retaining and expanding existing ones through inbound and outbound sales activities.

As a Digital Territory Sales representative, you will engage in strategic sales activities to achieve sales targets, covering both large enterprises and small to mid-sized companies.

  • Applies understanding and in-depth knowledge of how technology is used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges to sell F5 solutions and maintain strategic customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Accurately forecasts sales and has in-depth knowledge of sales cycles. Maintain pipeline status and provides regular updates.
  • Assumes a leadership role in coordinating territory account strategy and tactics for assigned accounts. Identifies and qualifies long-term and short-term business opportunities and actively identifies and addresses competitive threats.
  • Prepares formal proposals and presentations for all levels of the organization including executives. Leads negotiations and coordinates complex decision-making processes to close sales professionally and effectively.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with channel partners and work together on sales development activities.
  • Works to proactively learn and understand existing business and technical solutions to be able to identify the customer’s key pain point and demands, their business and technical challenges, and the gains achieved by implementing an F5 solution.
  • Partners with internal and external teams and channels to develop innovative technical solutions to improve F5’s footprint.
