Job summary

Pennymac is seeking a Digital Technology Organization (DTO) Rotational Analyst to join cohorts in January or June 2027. Recent college graduates with fresh perspectives and modern technology skills are encouraged to apply to grow into future leaders shaping the lending experience.

Analysts will assess capabilities, create training and transition plans, gather business requirements, write user stories, work in Scrum or Kanban, and coordinate with stakeholders across functions to deliver

Responsibilities

• Participate in organizational analysis to identify current capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement
• Create training documentation and transition plans to those rotating into their spot
• Perform knowledge transfer to incoming Rotational Analysts to set them up for success in that rotation
• Provide feedback to leadership on the goals and effectiveness of the program
• Gather business requirements that effect technology systems, and engage with technology partners to develop solution through technology change process
• Write and communicate requirements and user stories following standardized Agile framework
• Work effectively inside a Scrum or Kanban team
• Document acceptance criteria
• Collaborates with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories are done
• Manage stakeholders and teams of people across functional areas to implement a project
• Coordinate risk assessment and uses risk assessment output to help mitigate risks to project
