Responsibilities

• Coordinates completes and oversees job-related activities by developing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring, training, mentoring and assigning duties.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and ethics by implementing action plans and supporting the Open Door Policy.
