Job summary

Amcor Digital Systems Manager is responsible for implementing PowerBI, Tableau, Teams and SharePoint to drive efficiency across the AFCD Business Group. You will advance Amcor’s digital platforms to grow with customers and capture opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The role aligns plant and business-group operations with KPI-driven digital systems, reduces variation, improves safety, quality, and service while maintaining sustainability and accountability across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience in computer science/engineering or IT.
• 5+ years of experience with digital systems and manufacturing KPIs.
• Proven ability to design and optimize data models and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CI and cross-functional teams to create interactive dashboards and data models.
• Develop operating model management practices, skills, and tools as needed.
• Enhance digital skills through training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Support safety, quality, finance and operations via digital platforms.
