Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Digital Systems Manager – AFCD to implement PowerBI, Tableau, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other digital solutions to drive efficiency and improvements across the Business Group. This role advances Amcor's growth with customers and promotes a unified culture.

The hands-on leader will align CI activities, create and maintain digital systems for manufacturing processes and KPI measurement, reducing variation and waste while improving safety, quality, and service.

Qualifications

• Create, maintain, and optimize data models.
• Design, develop, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports.
• Proficient with PowerBI; experience architecting data solutions.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Experience with Teams, SharePoint, Tableau, Cognos, JDE, and digital systems.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CI and cross-functional teams to build dashboards and data models.
• Develop operating model management practices, skills, and tools as needed.
• Enhance digital skills through training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Support safety, quality, finance, and production through digital platforms.
