Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Digital Systems Manager to lead the implementation of PowerBI, Tableau, Teams, SharePoint, and other digital solutions across the AFCD group. You will drive efficiency by creating and maintaining digital systems for manufacturing processes and KPIs while advocating Amcor to grow with customers and opportunities.

The role requires hands-on leadership to reduce variation, improve safety and quality, and sustain digital platforms. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field; +5 years preferred.
• Strong ability to create and maintain data models and dashboards.
• Experience with BI tools and digital platforms to drive manufacturing KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CI Team and cross-functional teams to create dashboards and data models for KPI insights.
• Develop operating model management practices, tools, and skills as needed.
• Enhance digital skills through training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Support safety, quality, finance, and production via digital platforms.
