Job summary

Amcor seeks a Digital Systems Manager to implement PowerBI, Tableau, Teams, SharePoint, and other digital tools to optimize KPI tracking across the AFCD Business Group. You will lead the design and maintenance of data models and interactive dashboards to drive manufacturing efficiency.

You will collaborate with CI teams, promote best practices, and raise digital maturity through training and hands-on platform management. Travel up to 25% will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/CE/IT/Data Science or related field.
• +5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong ability to create and optimize data models and dashboards.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Proficiency with PowerBI; Tableau and Cognos a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CI Team and cross-functional AFCD teams to build dashboards, reports, and data models that drive KPI insights for plant and business group performance.
• Advance operating model management practices, tools, and skills as needs arise.
• Develop and deliver digital training, coaching, and development for team members.
• Support safety, quality, finance, production, and operations through digital platforms.
