The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Windows and Office 365, and the ability to document processes clearly. A Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in IT/digital media is expected.

What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on support and maintenance for large-scale digital signage and video wall
• Use a Content Management System (CMS) to create, edit, publish, and manage digital content efficiently.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver innovative multimedia solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed technical and training documentation.
• Manage competing priorities effectively and provide timely solutions.
• Continuously expand your knowledge and adapt to new technologies in an ever-evolving field.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in IT systems, including hardware, software, networking, Windows, and Office 365 platforms.
• Ability to isolate issues, identify root causes, and independently implement solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage confidently with clients and teams.
• Positive and proactive approach to working with clients and colleagues.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 3+ years of experience in IT support, digital media, or system administration.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital signage systems for content deployment and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON for optimizing and customizing digital media content.
