Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. invites students to join its Irvine, CA campus as a Digital Supply Chain Winter/Spring Co-Op (January–June 2027).

Work closely with the supply chain team and gain hands-on experience in automation, optimization, and AI-enabled workflows. Candidates should be pursuing an MS or PhD in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Analytics, with strong Python (pandas) and SQL skills, and an interest in AI agents and LLMs.

Qualifications

Must be a student pursuing an MS/PhD in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Analytics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high level analysis and supply planning.
Strong Python (pandas/scripting) and SQL; ability to explain technical work to others.
Experience building AI agents for practical applications and familiarity with LLMs.
Excellent communication and proactive stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Responsibilities

Automation: Build small, reliable automations on live planning/inventory/exception processes; create reusable tools.
Optimization: Prototype optimization or rules-based decision support using solvers and metrics.
Agentic AI: Explore agent-assisted workflows with retrieval, summarization, and recommended actions with human review.
