Job summary

This role provides exposure to demand planning, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.

The co-op will independently drive assigned tasks, identify issues, and seek opportunities for improvement, with onboarding that emphasizes ownership and practical contributions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Curious, resourceful, and comfortable asking questions when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.

Responsibilities

• Support demand and supply planning activities through data analysis and reporting.
• Maintain and analyze backlog, customer demand, forecast, and supply data.
• Assist with weekly and monthly planning reviews, business updates, and executive presentations.
• Investigate demand/supply gaps and summarize findings with actionable recommendations.
• Develop and improve Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools to enhance team efficiency.
• Track critical supply chain constraints and support risk mitigation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and follow through on action items.
• Document business processes, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from initiation through completion.
