The role supports the Newbury Park team with QA and supplier quality activities, offering hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing and quality processes in a 6-month on-site program. As a BS/MS student in CS/EE/DS, you will contribute to PFMEA reviews, NCMR generation, ESD verification, and data-driven improvements using Python, Copilot, and Power BI, while developing

Qualifications

• BS/MS student in computer science, electrical/electronic engineering, or data science.
• Available for 6 months, Jan 2027 - June 2027.
• Technical skills in automation and AI (e.g., Python, Copilot, LLM).
• Working knowledge of Power BI.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Working with QA Engineer to help address escapes to assembly/test and offshore bump/probe
• Generating non-conforming material reports (NCMR)
• Performing routine electrostatic discharge (ESD) verification in the cleanroom
• Supporting process failure mode and effect analysis (PFMEA) reviews
• Working on automation and AI projects
