Job summary

Chatham County Schools seeks a Digital Learning Facilitator to support teachers in designing and implementing innovative digital learning aligned with our instructional frameworks. The role includes leading a school-wide digital learning culture, coordinating testing, and driving digital initiatives.

Requires NC teacher licensure with 6-12 teaching experience and strong technology/presentation skills. Prior 1:1, virtual or blended teaching and coaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold North Carolina teacher licensure (077 or 079 licensure preferred).
• Grade 6-12 classroom teaching experience.
• Design and delivery of professional development to support digital learning, including highly developed technology and presentation skills.
• Experience in a 1:1 teaching environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches teachers one-on-one and in small groups on digital learning design.
• Delivers differentiated professional learning during staff meetings, PLCs, and special days.
• Leads Digital Learning Team meetings and coordinates school digital learning goals.
• Supports school testing coordination as needed and communicates digital learning progress.
• Collaborates with principal to align Digital Learning initiatives with school improvement plans.
