• Minimum five years in digital communications or social media strategy, with policy/advocacy context.
• Proven ability to translate policy topics into accessible digital content.
• Excellent writing and editing across channels.
• Experience with CMS, analytics, and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive integrated digital and social media strategy aligned with policy priorities.
• Own website content strategy, SEO, and platform management.
• Create content calendar across website and social channels.
• Translate complex policy issues into engaging digital content.
• Partner with policy and advocacy teams to amplify campaigns.
• Experiment with new tools and formats to keep digital presence forward-looking.
