Job summary

5W Public Relations LLC. is seeking an Account Director, Digital to lead planning, execution and optimization of multi-channel campaigns for clients. You will drive ROI by activating digital channels and coordinating cross-functional teams in a hybrid Miami/Tampa role.

You will deliver executive-facing strategy, content programs and measurement frameworks while guiding senior client and internal teams. This role requires strong leadership, client stewardship and the ability to expand digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, advertising, business or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in channel activation, campaign management, or digital marketing within a digital agency or marketing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PR and digital marketing channels including social media, search, display, influencer, email and content marketing.
• Solid understanding of campaign tracking, measurement and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital strategy across complex corporate reputation, executive visibility and integrated communications programs.
• Serve as senior digital counsel to clients, executives and internal account leadership.
• Build executive visibility and thought leadership programs from the ground up, including positioning, audience strategy and measurement.
• Define the role digital should play within broader communications programs and ensure strategy ladders up to business objectives.
• Lead executive immersion sessions, workshops and senior-level presentations.
• Set the strategic direction for executive and corporate content programs on social media, video and emerging platforms.
• Develop differentiated executive positioning that balances company priorities with credible POVs.
• Lead strategic audits, benchmarking and content analyses and translate findings into clear frameworks.
• Provide senior editorial oversight across executive content and high-profile deliverables.
• Guide experimentation with new formats and emerging platform opportunities.
• Establish repeatable content frameworks and best practices scalable across accounts.
