Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Manager, Media & Strategic Partnerships to support Notre Dame Athletics by delivering partner content across Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You’ll connect content creators with NDGP, manage campaigns end-to-end, and drive measurable partner value.

You’ll work on-site with Notre Dame Athletics, collaborating across sales, creative, and analytics to ensure brand standards and successful sponsorships in a fast-paced sports environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 4–6 years in social media, sponsorship, or sports marketing.
• Experience in college athletics or a major sports organization preferred.
• Expert understanding of Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end digital sponsorship fulfillment between Notre Dame Athletics and NDGP.
• Create and manage the master digital sponsorship calendar and kickoff calls.
• Coordinate campaign workflows, timelines, and approvals across stakeholders.
• Bridge Notre Dame Athletics content teams with NDGP to align objectives.
• Provide commercial input to content strategy, planning, and partner integrations.
• Uphold brand standards and partner guidelines in content and pitches.
• Collaborate with data teams to analyze digital performance and KPIs.
• Translate results into proofs-of-performance and strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue through stronger partner value.
