Legends Global, based in Notre Dame, IN, seeks a Manager of Media & Strategic Partnerships to bridge Notre Dame Athletics and Notre Dame Global Partnerships. You will manage digital sponsorships, content alignment, and partner value across multiple social platforms.

The role emphasizes project leadership, analytics reporting, and revenue-focused content strategy within a fast-paced athletic environment. On-site work with flexible hours around events is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 4–6 years of relevant experience in social media, digital sponsorship fulfillment, or sports marketing.
• Experience within college athletics or a major sports organization is preferred.
• Expert-level understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat).
• Ability to manage multi-platform digital fulfillment calendars, deadlines, and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital sponsorship fulfillment between Notre Dame Athletics content teams and NDGP Partnership Success.
• Create and manage calendar for digital sponsorship fulfillment; lead kickoff calls and plans.
• Coordinate workflows, timelines, approvals, posting schedules, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Translate performance data into insights and recommendations for partners and leadership.
• Attend events and provide content oversight for partner shoots.
