Job summary

KBR in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Digital Solutions Specialist to drive digital transformation through data analytics, automation, and Microsoft 365 solutions. You will convert legacy processes into modern, scalable environments and lead data-driven initiatives across workshops.

Responsibilities include collecting and cleaning data, building Power BI dashboards, migrating data to Microsoft 365, designing automated workflows with Power Automate, and training staff to adopt new tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years in data analytics/digital solutions, or 4 years military related to digital transformation.
• Hands-on data science and analytics experience: data mining, statistics, predictive analytics, data modeling.
• Advanced Power BI skills: enterprise data models, dashboards, DAX and Power Query.
• Proven ability to turn raw data into BI; strong written and verbal communication.
• Eligible for favorable government background investigation and access.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and clean large datasets from multiple sources.
• Transform data into structured formats for analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Perform data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling to identify insights.
• Evaluate reporting methods and legacy processes for modernization opportunities.
• Migrate legacy data systems to secure Microsoft 365 environments.
• Create automated workflows using Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and interactive visuals for leadership.
• Provide training sessions to workshop teams on new tools and processes.
