Job summary

Kraus-Anderson is seeking a Data Analytics & BI Specialist to drive business insights using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. You will transform data into actionable metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to meet reporting needs.

Responsibilities include SDLC participation, data validation, and developing low-code applications to improve efficiency and data accuracy across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, MIS, or related field from an accredited university, or equivalent working experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar technical role.
• 2+ years of experience developing BI dashboards/reports in Power BI.
• 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• 2+ years of experience working in SQL and understand database concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Use SQL tools (SSMS) to validate, analyze, and troubleshoot data across enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and develop meaningful metrics, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain low-code business applications using platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
