Job summary

KBR in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to drive digital transformation through data analytics, automation, and Microsoft 365 solutions. Convert legacy processes and data systems into scalable, automated environments and deliver enterprise-grade dashboards.

The role requires hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SharePoint, and Power Automate, plus strong communication with stakeholders. Training workshop teams is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Eight years of data analytics experience in lieu of degree.
• Hands-on data science and analytics experience.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or advanced SQL.
• Proficient Power BI enterprise data modeling and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Collect and clean large datasets from multiple sources.
• Transform data for analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Perform data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Evaluate reporting methods to identify modernization opportunities.
• migrate legacy data systems into Microsoft 365 environments.
• Develop automated workflows with Power Automate and related tools.
• Create interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Develop data models using DAX and Power Query.
• Translate outputs into clear visualizations for leadership.
• Train team members on new digital tools.
• Ensure data integrity during migrations and transformations.
• Prepare status reports and performance metrics.
