Job summary

Fidelity Workplace Consulting Group in Covington, KY is seeking a seasoned Digital Solutions Project Manager to guide client websites from concept to launch. You will collaborate with clients, technology teams, and business partners to deliver customized digital solutions that meet strategic goals.

You will drive project plans, lead client and internal meetings, define detailed requirements, and oversee budgets and timelines while balancing Agile methods with client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with minimum of 7 years as a project manager delivering digital solutions
Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, SharePoint/Teams, JIRA, Confluence
Experience developing and managing timelines and budgets across multiple business units
Contracting and budgeting experience beneficial
Ability to lead and coordinate large meetings with non-technical partners

Responsibilities

Lead and maintain project plans from conception to release
Define requirements, design UX, and coordinate testing
Manage SSO and security scan requirements
Coordinate internal and client meetings
Align team capacity and project roadmaps
