Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Digital Solutions Project Manager to lead customized client websites from concept to delivery. You will work with clients, technology teams, and business partners to shape requirements, UX, and release plans while maintaining timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities include coordinating testing, managing security scans, and aligning the team on roadmap and capacity. A strong background in project management and CMS familiarity is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years delivering digital solutions.
• Experience using project tools such as MS Project, SharePoint/Teams, JIRA, Confluence.
• Experience developing timelines and budgets across multiple units.
• Contracting and budgeting experience is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving for digital communications strategies and websites.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects with clients and business partners.
• Ability to lead large meetings and present technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms is a plus and experience with equity/benefits industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans and lead client meetings to define requirements.
• Craft site design and user experience, review functionality, and QA.
• Coordinate internal and client testing and manage SSO and security scans.
• Collaborate with Digital Solutions consultants to drive client projects.
• Help manage team capacity, project roadmap, and financials; participate in strategy discussions.
