Job description

The Digital Solutions Lead serves as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and IT teams, driving digital transformation, process improvement, and application modernization across Finance, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other business functions. This role is responsible for translating business needs into technology solutions, leading cross-functional initiatives, managing application portfolios, and ensuring digital solutions deliver measurable business value.

This position operates in a highly collaborative, multinational environment, partnering across North America with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to drive technology-enabled business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, project leadership, analytical thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital innovation.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process maps, and solution designs.
• Lead or support digital transformation, software implementation, and modernization projects.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, deployment, and change management activities.
• Serve as the primary business-facing contact for application support, enhancements, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to ensure alignment with cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and data governance standards.
• Identify opportunities to leverage analytics, reporting, AI, and automation to improve decision-making and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, digital transformation, application support, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience gathering and validating business requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience leading or supporting business system implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across a matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

BENEFITS IN JOINING US

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ well-being and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $92,000.00 to $142,000.00 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position is $103,000.00 to $159,000.00. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
