Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Digital Solutions Co‑Op in Cincinnati, Ohio offers hands-on experience within the MD Q&C Digital Solutions group. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop analytics solutions and support software validation for digital medical device initiatives.

Ideal candidates are engineering students in their 2nd year or higher, authorized to work in the U.S. during the term, with strong communication and a proficiency in MS Office and programming.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering with GPA 3.0+ at August 2027 or later.
• Authorized to work in the United States for the full co‑op duration (May 2027–Aug 2027).
• Familiarity with basic statistics concepts; detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple tasks; strong communication.
• Preferred: leadership/participation in campus programs and/or community service; knowledge of FDA/regulatory guidance; programming and data analytics experience.
• Permanently authorized to work in the U.S.; CPT/OPT considerations may apply.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement customer‑centric analytics solutions.
• Perform software development and validation to support medical device digital solutions.
• Learn and apply software development lifecycle techniques.
• Promote digital culture and capabilities across J&J Medical Devices.
• Meet with Quality management to discuss risks and opportunities for projects.
• Work with a diverse team of data scientists, analytics app developers, quality engineers.
• Report to the Advanced Analytics Manager and coordinate with the broader team.
