Johnson & Johnson in Cincinnati is seeking a MedTech Quality Systems and Digital Services Co-op. You will collaborate on software projects, assist with validation and governance, and help create training materials for quality systems.

You will gain exposure to digital culture, work with diverse engineers and data scientists, and report to the MedTech QS Digital Strategy leader. This role builds leadership and project skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college/university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering or related field.
• Second year or above with graduation after 2027.
• GPA 3.0 or above.
• Authorized to work in the United States during the co-op term (Aug 2027–Dec 2027).
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Prior teamwork and communication skills are valued.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with teams across J&J MedTech on software projects and governance.
• Support validation activities for quality system solutions and planning.
• Develop training materials and contribute to knowledge articles.
• Promote digital culture and capabilities across J&J medical devices.
• Meet with Quality management to discuss risks and opportunities for projects.
