Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, Electrical, Computer/Software Engineering or related field.
• Second year or above at term start (August 2027) with graduation after December 2027.
• GPA 3.0 or above.
• Authorized to work in the United States for the full co-op duration (May 2027–August 2027).
• Familiarity with basic statistics concepts; able to work independently and on a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Support MD Q&C Digital Solutions analytics projects and data initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement data analytics and process improvements.
• Perform software development and validation to support digital solutions for medical devices.
• Learn and apply software development lifecycle techniques and promote digital culture within J&J.
