Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas seeks a Director, Digital Site Leader for Phoenix operations to drive digital transformation and strategic technology initiatives. You will align roadmaps with business goals, partner with site leadership and enterprise technology teams, and lead the integration of majority owned businesses into the DAA ecosystem.

You will manage infrastructure, security, analytics, and applications while delivering a superior digital employee experience and ROI-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of technology innovation experience, including engineering.
• 10+ years of leadership or digital transformation delivery in complex cross-functional environments.
• 6+ years of people leadership experience.
• 4+ years of program management across multiple projects.
• Broad experience with digital work streams (infrastructure, security, analytics, applications).
• Experience in industrial, HVAC or manufacturing sectors.
• Experience in sales and service sectors.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with digital and business leaders.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary digital leader and trusted advisor for Phoenix operations.
• Develop and execute a multi-year digital roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Drive digital optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
• Lead phased integration of majority own businesses into the DAA technology ecosystem.
• Partner with Digital M&A and functional leaders to execute integration plans.
• Ensure business continuity while driving transformational changes.
• Lead infrastructure, security, applications leadership and enterprise platform alignment.
