Job summary

Empire Digital Signs is seeking a Digital Signage Integrator to support installation, configuration, deployment, and service of digital signage systems across North America. You will work with displays, kiosks, media players, CMS, LED signage, and cloud platforms, with travel as needed.

The role emphasizes hardware/software setup, customer training, and field service, offering hands-on experience in AV/IT technology and project coordination for North American deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software and hardware platforms quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Configure media players and signage software, manage user accounts and permissions, and prepare systems for deployment.
• Test hardware/software, assist with indoor LED displays, kiosks, and signage installations, and coordinate project logistics.
• Train customers, troubleshoot network/hardware issues, and support onsite and remote service activities.
• Assist in managing project schedules, communicate status to customers, and maintain deployment records.
