Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Digital Signage Program Senior Associate to help manage day-to-day content strategy and operations for the global signage program.

You will collaborate with communications and technology teams across regions and lines of business, supporting the Manhattan Campus and the 383 Madison Avenue opening in 2027. The role requires 5+ years in writing, proofreading, and copy-editing, with basic design skills and Photoshop proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience writing, proofreading, and copy-editing skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects and address issues promptly.

• Basic design skills and proficiency in design software such as Photoshop are required.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and deployment of new content and campaigns for the global signage program.
• Partner with communication and technology stakeholders across regions and lines of business.
• Act as a brand ambassador to ensure global and local content aligns with all branding guidelines.
• Provide support to local content managers by advising on best practices and serving as the first line of defense when troubleshooting screen issues.
• Maintain an archive of all published signage and corresponding approvals.
• Become an expert in the Korbyt content management system.
• Provide support for the Manhattan Campus digital signage program as needed.
