Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Digital Signage Program Associate to support the day-to-day content strategy and operations of the Digital Signage Program, coordinating with site leadership and local content managers to ensure timely, branded signage across global campuses.

You will become proficient in the Korbyt content management system, partner with regional communicators, and help maintain an archive of all published signage while upholding branding guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of exceptional writing, proofreading, and copy-editing skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects and address issues promptly.
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Basic design skills and proficiency in design software such as Photoshop are required.
• Strong project management skills with the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Strong design aesthetic in layout, composition, typography, and color usage.

• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and deployment of new content and campaigns for the global signage program.
• Partner with communication and technology stakeholders across regions and lines of business.
• Act as a brand ambassador to ensure global and local content aligns with all branding guidelines.
• Provide support to local content managers by advising on best practices and serving as the first line of defense when troubleshooting screen issues.
• Maintain an archive of all published signage and corresponding approvals.
• Become an expert in the Korbyt content management system.
• Provide support for the Manhattan Campus digital signage program as needed.
