Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or related field.
- 5+ years in Digital Merchandising, eCommerce, or Category Management.
- Experience growing digital sales and optimizing merchandising performance.
- Strong analytics to drive business recommendations and growth.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly category business reviews with Marketing, Sales and Category.
- Develop and optimize digital shelf performance and content.
- Collaborate with Retail Partners and Sales on launches and merchandising priorities.
- Leverage AI-enabled capabilities to improve merchandising productivity.
