Job summary

Lactalis Heritage Dairy in Chicago, IL seeks a Senior Manager, Digital Shelf & Content Operations to lead end-to-end digital shelf activities across key retailers, ensuring accurate, live content and GTIN alignment.

The role owns PIM governance (Salsify) and GDSN data synchronization, partners with Regulatory, Sales, and Omnichannel teams, and drives vendor relationships to improve content quality and speed to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, data analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years of related work experience in eCommerce, digital shelf, or content syndication in CPG.
• Deep hands-on expertise in PIM administration and GDSN data synchronization (Salsify, Syndigo, 1WorldSync).
• Working knowledge of GS1 standards and GDSN release management.
• Proven ability to manage vendor operations, service levels, and escalation processes.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills with close attention to data accuracy.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical data issues in business terms for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital shelf operations across priority retailers.
• Ensure content live status, accuracy, and GTIN alignment for findability.
• Prioritize and resolve content and syndication issues; oversee updates.
• Oversee PIM governance (Salsify) and end-to-end GDSN readiness.
