Job summary

Hill’s Pet Nutrition, part of Colgate-Palmolive, seeks a Digital Shelf Associate to own the brands’ eCommerce presence and drive conversions. You will optimize PDPs, monitor digital shelf performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain.

The role requires 3+ years in eCommerce or digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and experience with PIM/DAM systems and retail analytics tools. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Category Management or related experience.
• Proficiency in PIM/DAM systems and digital shelf analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Experience with retail media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Profitero, Revuze, SimilarWeb).
• CPG industry experience; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Digital Shelf Performance & Analytics: track KPIs (Share of Voice, Placement, In-Stock Rates, Content Integrity) and translate data into insights.
• Develop GEO and AIO readiness plans and establish concrete action plans for AI search optimization.
• Drive PDP optimization and content strategy: optimize retailer copy, manage PIM records, deploy enhanced content.
• Lead digital execution for New Product Launches and updates with cross-functional teams.
• Manage retailer and vendor relationships and optimize processes and costs.
