Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triage and provide user support for Salesforce and E-Commerce applications.
• Analyze customer patterns and tool utilization with stakeholders.
• Collaborate on process analysis and automation for digital experiences with new tools and interfaces.
• Identify and document discrepancies to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Perform ad hoc analysis, attend meetings and respond to requests.
• Complete assigned projects with strong time management and organization.
• Build internal networks across sales, marketing and other functions to optimize cross-brand solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with customer facing teammates to triage and provide continual user support and operational support of Salesforce and E-Commerce applications.

• Analyze customer patterns and tool utilization to grow our systems use with internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate on process analysis and process automation for various digital experiences initiatives, which includes working with new technical tools, interfaces and processes, partnering with various functional areas to ensure adoption and seamless execution through training, communication, technology, and guidance by addressing current and future business needs.

• Identify and document discrepancies wherever the business process needs correction to ensure the customer has a seamless experience.

• Perform ad hoc analysis, attend meetings and respond to other requests as necessary.

• Complete assigned projects demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Build internal network within sales, marketing and other business functions to ensure that solutions are optimized between groups as many solutions are shared between brands/stakeholders.
