Job summary

Ocean Network Express (ONE) is seeking a results-driven professional in Boise for a hybrid role focused on increasing customer utilization of our eCommerce platform. You will collaborate with BPIT and Sales to digitize services regionally and globally, develop business specifications, assist in UAT, and curate promotional materials for customer education.

You will own reporting, target customer education campaigns, and deliver on-site or remote demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Core teamwork and communication skills required.
• Ability to identify customer needs and present digital solutions.
• Experience training customers or colleagues is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting on submission methods and customer analytics.
• Campaign for educational meetings and deliver on-site or remote demonstrations.
• Represent ONE in customer meetings and business reviews.
• Build relationships across org and with customers for long-term partnerships.
• Troubleshoot complex customer requests and adapt responses as needed.
• Know the products, services, and processes well to support customers.
• Report eCommerce and customer metrics to management.
• Curate and deliver customer presentations to promote digital services.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to enable customers with tools for ONE digital services.
