Responsibilities

• Provides timely, professional, and accurate technical assistance to employees and members across channels.
• Educates members and staff on digital services and best practices to improve digital adoption.
• Trains internal units on digital services and how to resolve issues.
• Designs, delivers, and evaluates training programs for internal teams.
• Reviews and manages tickets related to digital experiences; coordinates with vendors as needed.
• Creates and maintains support documentation, SOPs, and help guides.
• Prepares reports on digital service performance and usage trends for leadership.
• Supports rollout of new features and applications; participates in pilots and UAT.
• Provides feedback to improve adoption and long-term success of digital products.
