Qualifications

• 15+ years in wealth management or related field.
• Experience translating business needs into technology priorities.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the service strategy for workflow across branches, clients, and home office.
• Bridge business, technology, data, and operations to deliver outcomes.
• Diagnose and redesign end-to-end workflows with scalable improvements.
• Partner across teams to translate strategy into execution with clear milestones.
• Translate long-term digital service goals into an actionable roadmap.
• Ground decisions in advisor and client perspectives to optimize service.
