Job summary

4Front Credit Union in Michigan is seeking a Digital Service Representative I to deliver friendly, accurate assistance through our digital channels. You will help members complete everyday transactions, answer questions, navigate online banking, and find solutions to reach their financial goals.

This non-exempt role covers deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other routine transactions, with a Saturday rotation and mid-shift hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with computers, digital platforms, and learning new technology.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience preferred; financial institution experience a plus.
• Spanish-English bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members through digital channels, providing friendly, professional service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately.
• Help members with account questions, maintenance requests, digital banking services, and everyday financial needs.
• Listen for opportunities to connect members with products and services that may make their financial lives easier.
• Resolve routine questions and know when to bring in additional support.
• Work alongside a collaborative team committed to delivering a seamless member experience.

Communication Center | Non-Exempt

Job Range:$17.84 - $21.06/hour

Mid Shift:

*This position is subject to a Saturday rotation

(non Saturday week) 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

(Saturday week) 8:30 am - 5:45 pm Monday - Friday, one day off during the week

Saturday - 8:45 am - 2:15 pm
