Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Digital Service, Project Manager to lead onboarding and delivery of Building Advisor implementations and related digital offerings. You will coordinate with Sales, SDMs, field teams, and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget deployment and high customer satisfaction.

This US-based role requires 3-5+ years in PM or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with SaaS or connected building tech.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management, operations, service delivery, or customer success experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of BAS, Building Advisor, digital Service, SaaS platforms or connected building tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and setup for new Digital Service offers from order to activation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate onboarding across internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure scope aligns with contracts and customer expectations.
• Monitor progress, address risks, and drive process improvements.
• Lead initiatives to reduce setup cycle times and improve efficiency.
