We are now looking for a Digital Service Manager for our Urban Water, North America Business Unit.

Drive digital sales within the Urban Water customer base to include Software as a Service (SaaS) and Control & Monitoring digital platforms associated with chemical sales.

Location: Remote US (close to major airport)

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Developing the Digital Service strategy for Urban Water NA; Overall project owner of the digital service initiatives and performance aligned with business goals.
• Collaborating with the commercial team to understand customer needs.
• Demoing digital solutions with potential customers and recommending technical design/package.
• Identifying ROI and value propositions for target customers.
• Evaluating potential solutions and staying current regarding industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Managing vendor relationships and external service providers.
• Liaising with Kemira’s Global Digital Service Unit for market needs and requirements.
• Promoting Digital Service platforms at tradeshows and webinars.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Experience in SaaS or digital solutions sales.
• Experience working in a matrix model.
• Ability to influence others.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• A business degree or work experience in a relevant field is desired.
