Description

Disney Ad Sales' Revenue Management division is seeking a Sales Planner to join our dynamic planning team. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized individual who is dedicated to learning and growth in a high-energy environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain impactful relationships both internally and externally. Job Summary

  • Support a dedicated book of business, managing the RFP process from proposal generation to order entry across Disney brands and verticals.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Management to implement packaging and pricing strategies as per rate cards and guidelines.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline in collaboration with your team.
  • Execute budget revisions, including incremental spend, optimizations, makegoods, and cancellations.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Ad Ops, Inventory Analytics, Streaming Solutions, and Measurement Solutions to fulfill client requests and support sales proposals.
  • Partner with the Ad Ops team to execute campaigns, maximize delivery, and address reporting needs.
  • Assist the Finance team with billing processes.
  • Communicate effectively with agency contacts regarding RFP deliverables and requests.
  • Identify and recommend improvements within the pre-sale process to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing for client meetings by reviewing industry and account-specific information.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of experience with potential for extension or conversion.
  • Strong sales skills and experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range is $37.93 per hour. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, critical illness, accident, hospital coverage, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, employee assistance, time off, and more, subject to eligibility and plan specifics.
