Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven digital marketing sales experience.
• History of delivering strong sales growth and exceeding targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiating, and closing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in client meetings.
• Leadership potential in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRMs, and proposal tools.

Responsibilities

• Revenue generation: identify, prospect, and secure new digital business opportunities to meet and exceed goals.
• Consultative sales: conduct meetings to understand client needs and present data-driven marketing solutions.
• Leadership pipeline: assist teammates with digital sales strategies, audits, and proposals.
• Omnichannel expertise: sell SEO/SEM, programmatic ads, social, and web design offerings.
• Strategy & analysis: collaborate with teams to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and identify upsell opportunities.
• Continuous learning: stay updated on industry trends and optimization techniques.
