Job summary

BMW of North America is offering a Spring 2027 – Summer 2027 internship in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. You will support the Digital Retail platform, analyze customer behavior, and build dashboards to communicate insights to cross-functional teams.

The role requires full-time hours (36.25/wk), GPA 3.0+, and priority for candidates with BMW experience. You'll engage with Digital Retail, Sales Ops, field teams, and dealers to drive improvements, with a hybrid in-office schedule and a focus on data-driven

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program.
• US Work Authorization required.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 (overall).
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at application time.
• Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
• Submit unofficial transcript with application.
• Prior BMW Group experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Digital Retail platform development and rollout, contribute to feature discussions, testing and post-launch evaluation.
• Analyze customer behavior and KPIs to evaluate feature effectiveness and identify friction points.
• Assist Granular Performance Management with dealer-level data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards, automate recurring reports, translate data into insights.
• Collect, validate and integrate data from multiple sources for reporting and stakeholder discussions.
• Research eCommerce trends to inform platform improvements.
