The program emphasizes data-driven storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on project work with real impact on online-to-dealership journeys.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
• US Work Authorization required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall).
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
• Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
• Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.

Responsibilities

• Support Digital Retail platform development and rollout, contributing to feature discussions, testing, and post-launch evaluation.
• Analyze customer behavior and KPIs to evaluate feature effectiveness and identify friction points or drop-offs.
• Assist the Granular Performance Management team with dealer-level data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards, automate recurring reports, and translate data into insights.
• Collect, validate, and integrate data from multiple sources to support reporting and stakeholder discussions.
• Research customer expectations and eCommerce trends to inform future platform improvements.
