Job summary

BMW Motorrad Aftersales offers a Spring 2027 Part-Time Internship in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. You’ll work on meaningful projects across eCommerce, product management, dealer operations, logistics, and strategic business development while supporting initiatives that create value for riders nationwide.

This internship provides hands-on experience, collaboration with seasoned professionals, and growth in business analysis, project management, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• US work authorization required.
• Part-time availability (at least 20 hours/week).
• Unofficial college transcript required.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across BMW Motorrad Aftersales areas including eCommerce, parts, accessories.
• Collaborate with Retail Process Development & eCommerce to enhance online customer experience by managing product content.
• Contribute to creation and maintenance of product catalogs for riding gear, accessories, and lifestyle collections.
• Partner with Parts Logistics and Materials Management to support dealer programs, promotions, and customer-facing initiatives.
• Engage directly with BMW Motorrad dealers by helping resolve inquiries and supporting daily Aftersales operations.
• Analyze business performance data and develop reports identifying opportunities to improve dealer satisfaction and profitability.
• Participate in real-world projects addressing market trends, new technologies, and strategic business opportunities.
• Present ideas to stakeholders while developing skills in business analysis and project management.
• Build a broad professional network through collaboration with BMW Motorrad professionals.
