U.S. Legal Support is hiring Digital Reporters in Homestead/Key West, Florida. No prior experience is required—we provide structured training to set you up for success, with hybrid scheduling at client sites.

As a Digital Reporter, you will record and manage the official audio record of legal proceedings, ensuring everything said is captured accurately and prepared for transcription. You will transport, set up, and operate recording equipment, participate in depositions and hearings, and prepare

• Must be tech-savvy with comfortable use of computers and audio equipment.
• Typing speed of 55+ WPM tested.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Legal Reporting (Training Provided): Participate in depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings while administering oaths and ensuring a clear, accurate record.
• Technology Operations: Transport, set up, and operate computer and audio recording equipment for both in-person and remote proceedings.
• Document & File Preparation: Prepare audio files, exhibits, and related materials for transcription following each proceeding.
